Sauté the onions, then add the ground beef and cook until brown. Add the cabbage and cook over low heat until the cabbage is cooked. (45 minutes) Then roll out the bread dough into 5 inch squares, and place the beef and cabbage mix in the middle. Roll the dough around the stuffing, and allow to rise for 20-30 minutes while covered with a light towel. Bake on a greased cookie sheet for 20 minutes at 350 °F until golden brown.
Notes
Adjust salt to taste. You may find you need more or less.
