Puer's Tacos

Sauté the onion in olive oil on medium heat until they are translucent. Add the ground beef, and season with the worchestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until the beef has started to brown. Then add the cumin, cilantro, and cayenne pepper. Cook until the beef is completely brown, then add the pinto beans and epazote, and set the heat to low. Simmer an additional 10 minutes, then remove from heat and let cool for 5 minutes.
Heat the tortillas and cover with a towel to keep warm. On each tortilla, and sour cream or cream cheese, salsa, meat mixture, lettuce, tomato, and cheese as desired. Roll up like a burrito.
