This is the salsa I use when I'm making spanish rice, and I use it as well in tacos and a few other things. It is far from the hottest salsa I've used, but it has a nice balanced flavour that goes well in mild dishes (like rice). If I want more heat, I'll add some ground cayenne or some Dave's Insanity Sauce. Although I'm happy to use it in taco's, it isn't quite the perfect salsa for them, or for dipping with chips. I recommend getting a fresh salsa for those. If you are in the Philadelphia area, I strongly recommend getting fresh salsa from Taquería Moroleón. They have fantastic salsa, which they will put into cups for you to take home.
