I've been very pleased with Trader Joe's organic pasta and spaghetti. It cooks easily to al dente, and has a nice mild flavour. I use it exclusively now when I make any pasta dishes, including spaghetti with sauce (using their tomato and garlic marinara), pasta alfredo (using their milk, sour cream, quattro fromaggio, and spices), and mexican goulash (they don't have organic elbow macaroni, at least near me, so I use their fusilli instead)
