Although the idea of a mexican restaurant named after breasts does sound promising, most of these (if they still even exist) aren't very good. The few notable exceptions were those where the waiters and cooking staff were almost exclusively hispanic. (for example, the one at the Plaza at Harmon Meadow in Secaucus, NJ) I suspect that it is because they actually knew what they would consider eating the food themselves. The remaining restaurants suffered from serious quality control issues, which extended throughout the corporate structure. I think they've gone completely out of business by now, but if they haven't, you're probably best off skipping them anyway.
